■ Returns and Cancellations　返品・キャンセルについて
Due to the nature of digital products and online content, cancellations and refunds are generally not accepted after purchase, download, or access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.
For consulting services and personalized services, cancellations and refunds are not accepted after the service has been provided.
デジタル商品およびオンラインコンテンツの性質上、購入後・ダウンロード後・アクセス提供後のキャンセルおよび返金は、法令上必要な場合を除き、原則として受け付けておりません。
コンサルティングサービスおよび個別対応サービスについては、サービス提供後のキャンセルおよび返金は受け付けておりません。

■ Subscription / Membership Terms　サブスクリプション・メンバーシップについて
Subscription-based memberships renew automatically unless canceled by the customer.
Customers may cancel recurring memberships at any time before the next billing cycle.
サブスクリプション型メンバーシップは、お客様による解約手続きが行われるまで自動更新されます。
定期メンバーシップは、次回請求日前までであればいつでも解約可能です。
